  1. Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail.
  2. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail.
    You'll pay the balance upon arrival.
  3. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax.
  4. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night.
  5. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund.
    Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents.

In the heart of the city of Florence, "Dante" Bed and Breakfast is a real dream for all travellers. At two steps from all you the beauties of this fantastic city: the Duomo, Piazza della Sighoria, Piazza S: Croce, Ponte Vecchio. Piazza Michelangelo.

The B&B is located on the ground floor of a ancient building dating back to the XIV century, that was in the past the site of a Convent; you can still admire the stone columns, the vaulted ceilings or enjoy the internal courtyard that was once part of the monastery.

The landlady, a young artist, takes a lot of care of the house that is in fact beautifully furnished and decorated.

She also enjoys so much this activity (B&B) that your stay could not be better as you would feel very welcomed and at home.
The guest room has a lovely double bed places in a lightly elevated section of the room like a romantic and cosy nest. Close by the room is the bathroom to be shared with the owner.

The is very large with a tub and a shower.

Guests can also enjoy the elegant, vaulted ceiling living room where they can watch TV or listen to music.

The kitchen is available in order to prepare a coffee or a cappuccino whenever you want and drink it in the internal private courtyard. Washing manchine.
