In their Liberty style family villa located across from the Medici Fortress and next to the old town walls, for a maximum of 5 guests, the house offers: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen,a private, fully furnished, fenced-in garden with secluded back patio and free parking on the streets around the house. It is a bright, clean and beautifully furnished home filled with antique furnishings from 5 generations of Orlando's family surrounded by a luscious, well-cured garden. Climbing roses, violets interspersed with fava beans, strawberries, succulents, lillies, petunias, pansies, irises, lavender, geraniums, boxwoods, eggplants, zucchini, lettuces, tomatoes, cauliflowers, peppers, pomagranites, and hazel nuts, to name a few. The owners live above on the second floor with their own bathroom, kitchen, etc. Like they we are always available to offer assistance, help plan day trips or just have a quiet chat about local customs and activities for those seeking a friendly welcome over a glass of Chianti wine. More independent travellers are free to come and go as they please, as everyone has their own house keys. For a minimum of 2 nights stay, the prices which include gas, electricity, water, towels and linens, cleaning, public garbage pick-up, condominium cleaning and expenses, contract registration fee, taxes, transfer to and from the station upon request, use of guest kitchen for breakfast and light meals and daily assistance (in English or French).
