The location is ideal, in the heart of old Rome and within walking distance of almost all the major touristic actractions: in the Monti neighbourhood, a picturesque and warm part of Rome, full of clubs, bars, restaurants and shops for self catering. It is also not far from the main rail station and the nearest metro stop is just 50 meters away. The room is on the first floor of an old building, and has a comfortable double sofa bed, and a small kitchen corner to prepare breakfast and reheat meals that you can bring from outside. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toaster, a kettle and coffepot, and a small refrigerator (i.e. NOT a real kitchen). The bathroom is small but newly re-done and clean, with all the necessaries including a shower. To sum up: if you are not too big (the bathroom door is 50 cm wide), are looking for basic and good value accommodation and plan to spend most of your time outside, this is a good place to rest and sleep because it is quiet and clean and, albeit in miniature, there is all you need for a good stay.
