1. Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail.
2. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail.
   If we do not receive your paperwork in time, the Provisional Booking will expire.
3. You'll pay the balance upon arrival.
4. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax.
5. Once we have received your authorization we will proceed with booking. We'll confirm the availability of a room for the period requested and will give you confirmation within 24-48 hours.
6. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night.
7. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form (number). If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund.
8. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents.
